Summary

It is intended to help planners identify projects that require analysis of impacts on wetland and riparian biological resources. If the project site impinges on the 300 or 500 foot buffer area, it will require further analysis of potential impacts on wetland and riparian biological resources.

Description

This layer illustrates the 300 foot boundary line in the non-Coastal area and the 500 foot boundary line in the Coastal area, around identified Ventura County water bodies, including lakes, rivers, streams, and wetlands.
